Low Oil Pressure Message

So my wife was driving home from our son's soccer practice and the idiot bells went off and the message read "Low Oil Pressure, turn off engine now to prevent damage". So she parked, I came to her, started it up (after checking the oil) and drove it home. No messages, no readable codes, no weird noises or lack of performance. I'm thinking a faulty or soon to be faulty oil pressure sensing switch. 117000 miles. Just changed the oil too (only use full synthetic).

Re: Low Oil Pressure Message

I suggest replacing the Oil Pressure switch and take it from there.
