2007 Saturn outlook XR engine reduced power

So I have had this for a few years and have had the body control module replaced once for the leaking water. Now the engine reduced power and service stabilitrack is on yet again. I was thinking it was the throttle positioning sensor but I don’t have a scanner to read any codes. What have I there’s tried to get this fixed? It’s a 2007 Saturn outlook XR with a 3.6 AWD. Has about 165k on it.

Ok so do you have a CEL, Check Engine Light lit? Those messages may be caused by several different sensors and software glitches.
Check Brake fluid is the easiest check.
Throttle body, clean it and make sure the butterfly is free. Check for a milkshake in the air intake snorkel.
Throttle position sensor.
Brake Pedal Position sensor.
