Help 07 saturn outlook

Maybe someone can help.
Ive had non stop problems with my vehicle. And 3 shops have yet to figure it out. So here goes. Car has a rough start, I look at dash and I have 0 reading on rpms. Even while driving it. It has gave me codes for camshaft and crankshaft sensors which ive replaced all. Dash currently reads service stabiltrak and traction control.. Ill reset codes amd it'll drive fine for 3 days then same problem

0 RPMs? How about odometer does it work?
Stabilitrack and Traction control can be set by a number of sensors.
Brake fluid level
Brake pedal position sensor
Steering wheel position sensor.
Mass Air Flow sensor
ABS wheel sensor
You should also check your throttle body for cleanliness. That may be the rough start problem, but the shops should have done that, hopefully. How cold is it there?
