09 radio will not turn on

I was having problems with a "service air bag" light and pulled my positive battery cable to see if it would reset (I know it sounds dumb but I had to try it). I had it disconnected for about ten seconds then connected it back up. I then started the car to see if it worked but it did not and now the radio will not turn on at all and there is nothing even displayed. I checked the fuse and it was good but now I am not sure what to do next, any advise????

Wonder if there's some sort of theft lock that got activated. Do you have chimes and stuff? Radio display blank?
I am not sure if I have all the normal chimes, the one thing I did notice is that the I dont get the blinker noise when I turn the blinkers on.
The chimes are played through the radio. If your display is visible and you just don't have noise is might be the amplifier and not the head unit itself.

If you haven't done so already, contact the dealership about what you are going through. They should be able to set up an appointment to help you with this to include getting the pass code for the radio if this is applicable.

I had it into a dealer and they looked at it for about 4 hours said to bring it back another day where they could tear apart the dash to remove the head unit and see if its thats bad. Does anyone know if there is a fuse in the head unit itself? BTW I get nothing on the head unit, just a black screen that shows nothing or says anything. I am bringing it in to a local audio shop to look and see if there is a wire problem or not...
To update everyone, my radio ended up being toast. I brought it to a local radio shop and the had the problem trouble shot down to the radio within 30 minutes. I bought one off ebay for 100 bucks and everything worked perfect.
