Any insight into pricing for the 2009's?

I had a Buick dealer tell me they are expecting a 5% increase in the Enclave because of steel prices. Seems like a lot to me but I suppose not impossible given the rise in commodity prices.

A few other questions:

What are the chances GM will offer some sort of incentive (ie. $1,000 cash back) for someone ordering an 09? Obviously, they will be offering more incentive on outgoing 08's, but I certainly don't want to pay full sticker for an 09 if I can help it.

I've never purchased a Saturn before. Is it really true that you can't negotiate price? When I equip. an Outlook the way I want it, it comes to $40,260. A Enclave with the same equipment prices out to $42,175. I'm pretty sure I could get the Enclave dealer to come off $2k. I like the Outlook better but now we're talking exactly the same price. Will Saturn negotiate???

If you have a trade-in, Saturn dealers can do their negotiating there by inflating the trade-in value.
I'd be ok with that. I'm considering selling my current vehicle myself (Mitsubishi Montero Limited) but would certainly consider trading it in for the right price. Especially an above market price.

Anyone think GM will have incentives on ordering an 09? I've never "ordered" a car before. Bought new, just never ordered.
