My '08 Outlook has this weird issue with the air conditioner. It will intermittently turn the air conditioner off, then back on, as well as the recirc. It seems to do it more frequently when it is hot. Anyone else ever had this issue, or know of a solution? It has been in the triple digits around here lately, so it kinda stinks when it decides to kick off...

Check out this ongoing discussion over on the Acadia board regarding your exact same problem. Some of the reasons that may happen is you are low on freon or your engine is operating at a high temperature. It's all explained over there.

Did you read through the thread ls973800 had posted? Have you been able to get the vehicle into have any diagnostic testing done?
