Now that it is finally hot out, we leave the rear settings to the fan in the middle and the temp knob to the coldest setting. Every time we get in the Outlook the rear vents pump hot air until we physically turn the temp knob to hot then cold again, then the air coming out of the vents changes to cold. This happens even when we start the Outlook in the garage, and the chassis is still cool from never being in the sun.

Anyone else have this experience? Any ideas?

Our new Outlook has the exact same problem... this is a major problem with our 1 year old in the back. I plan on taking it into Saturn this week for either a fix or, if they can't fix it, they can keep it as it is only a week old.

Failed to mention that we are in Texas and with temperatures already in the low 100's, it is BRUTAL to have the heater blown in your face for any ammount of time. I hear NJ is also experiencing the same temps, that stinks.
