Last evening I received a phonecall from a Saturn engineer asking if I had any issues with our new Outlook. We went through the interior and exterior and compiled a list of things that bothered/annoyed me and things that could be a problem. It was refreshing to be able to discuss the Outlook with an actual engineer and not just with the Service Dept. He also asked if it was ok if other engineers called as a followup and to discuss anything else.
Overall the conversation was relaxed and appeared to be a valuable use of time.
