I'm not much on praising car dealer service departments............... But I must say I discovered a dealership in my area that exceeds anything I've ever experienced. :thumb:
I've had my '08 Outlook in this dealer's service department 2 times, and must say they have treated me better than royalty. Repairs done expeditiously, and properly, courtesy beyond belief.
Credit where credit is due. :)

Took mine to my dealer for the P0008 code. Service adviser said "Yup, that's the timing chain, here's your rental Traverse, we'll have it done in two days." I said, you know the passenger seat leather is coming apart at the seam. "Okay, we'll replace the seat cushion."

Unfortunately, can't buy a car from them as they sell Chebies...
