I had my Outlook at the dealer to have my door repainted...and I got it back last Friday. Ever since I got it back, when I slow down (momentum moves you forward) and I hear this little noise like "tink". At first I thought it was a toy or something rolling around and it was hitting under the seat. Well, nothing is under there. So I am feeling around under there--and I feel something sticky. So I can feel this sticky loose thing, so I pull it out---it is about a 8" piece of duck tape!! I have no idea what is is holding down or WHY someone put it there to start with but I am furious. :angryfire: And the noise is still there by the way. The closest Saturn dealer is almost 3 hours from me so anyone have any suggestions what this noise may be or how I can fix it?? THANKS in advance!![/color]

I took my Outlook in about the seat... and was told someone at the dealer where I bought the car must have did something to it and tried to cover it up with the tape. >:D Nice. SO, I have to wait a week or two for parts and take it back in and have the seat track replaced. I love the Outlook but sure have had "little" problems with it--but I would say the customer service, errr... lack of, I mean has been the worst. I am even considering taking the loss and trading it in.
