Does anyone know if the fuel filter on an 08' Outlook is an external replaceable type or the in-tank permanent type?

I looked everywhere on the vehicle followed all lines can't find one anywhere. Did some reading on internet everything said it is in the tank.

I believe GM went to IN tank 'lifetime' filters in 05.
My 03 Trailblazer has an inline filter outside near the tank... and the 05 Trailblazers have them INSIDE. non serviceable I think they call them.

So to change my fuel Filter on 2008 Saturn Outlook, I have to drop the gas tank?? right
