Dealer wants to do a fuel system flush. I declined. He said it looked like old coffee in the throttle body, but didnt seem concerned when i declined the service.

Is it the equiv to me running some seafoam through the fuel tank?

just do a bottle or 2 of techron fuel system cleaner- and clean the throttle body yourself.
And use Techron- not some other brand.
