Has anyone tried these on a SUV or CUV? I replaced my beyond worn-out shocks on my '03 Corolla with the Gabriel Ready-Mounts in the fall of 2013. That winter the shocks were unusually stiff. I called Gabriel, and they said it is common for them to be stiff in the winter, but they should break in during the summer and be smooth next winter. Well, the rears were extra squeaky during the summer, and they are stiff again this winter. I'm thinking about swapping them out on warranty and trying another set, but I'm hesitant to do so due to the cost of the alignment afterwards. Anyone had a similar experience with these struts? Anything I should try doing before swapping them out?
