my 2008 VUE will not blend hot air to both feet & dash. It will blow cold air unless I use max temp setting. If only use foot then works fine. It also works fine on automatic setting - but that only blows at the feet. THe BCM & HVAC modules were replaced but still not working....

You stated that your BCM and HVAC modules were replace, but still not working. I recommend contacting the dealership or mechanic that performed the replaces of these modules. Let them know that you are still having issues with your vehicle. They should be able to fix the issue. If you took your vehicle to a GM tech and a authorized service provider, work with them toward a resolution to this issue. Please, keep me updated with your situation.
