Hi, we are new to this site. We purchased a Outlook a little over a month ago. We were looking at the GMC Traverse, and the dealer had us look at the Outlook as a alternative. We LOVE IT. I am so proud of our Outlook. I'm glad we found this site, and will be coming back often. I will also place more pictures on as well. :thumb:

Welcome to the family, and to this forum. ;D

I don't post that much, but I do read most discussions.


I do hope you comeback a lot, but not to report problems. I hope you read most discussions/forums so that you are aware as to what issues to expect.

I am still trying to make time to see I can add that "dielectric grease " so that I avoid the 'head light harness' issue. I am at 31,300 miles or so.

So far, I am satisfied with my Outlook. With the exceptions of some 'buttons' wearingout/paint peeling away (on the A/C and Navigation controls).

Try eBay, there seems to be some Outlook things still showing up there, but it seems that folks are trying to purge their inventory. I picked up a set of 4 splashguards there for ~$40 shipped.

gmpartsdirect.com is another source. Great prices, but it seems like expensive shipping. You have to email them to get a P/N to search their site, kind of a pain.

I haven't bought from either, but I have corresponded with the gmpartsdirect folks and found them quite helpful.
