I purchased a used 2007 Outlook XR 2 weeks ago and this past Sunday I was horrified to hear my children screaming in the back seat as water began to pour in on their heads! It was raining pretty hard but I would've never expected the lights to be leaking. Now I'm concerned about where else the water may have gotten to that I can't see. I took it in to the dealership today and was told they would need to call a "Water Dr." to determine where the leak was coming from. It's $150 just for him to look at my car to determine where the leak is and doesn't include them fixing it. Is there anything I can do that isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg?

Does your Outlook have the dual skyscape sunroofs?

I had that issue with my 08'.
It was caused by a leak in the sunroof that had to be resealed.
I know of many cases it is caused by the sunroof drain tubes becoming detached.
