Got my VSS wire problem fixed.
If you have a 2007 Saturn Outlook and decide to upgrade to the Nav Unit, splice into the green wire on the back of the instrumrent cluster. Pull the cluster out and there is one black plug with about 10 - 12 wires.
There are 2 green wires. You want to put a meter on them and grab the one that meters out to 12 - 13 volts with the car running.
If you happen to get the wrong one the car just won't start. Trial and error!!
So now I have a Nav Unit in a 2007 Saturn Outlook that came with the base stereo system. Anybody need a working OEM stereo?
