Are any of the HID kit sources quoting all of these stats? Even standard light bulbs show rated lumens and hours, but I only see the occasional mention of bulb life for HIDs.

Any rating for a lamp life is an 'average' anyway, which means 50% of them might get that number of hours out of them, while others will get more, or less.
