ok. I just removed the high beam bulb from my 07 XR abd it is a Philips 12V/16W bulb????
The only numbers i can make out on it is SHPC 12v/16w??

Does this sound right?? the bulb list shows either a 9005 or an HB3, but i definetly removed it from the high beam inside socket.

OK OK OK, i finally figured it out.
I must have HID headlights which are the outside lights, and are both hi AND lo beam lights,... :thumb: and the inside light bulbs, the 16 watt ones are parking lamps.
Every post on the internet showed i have a seperate hi and lo beam light bulbs.
Does this sound about right???

go look at the acadia forum.
they too offer a model with regular lamps
and HIDs.

I finally found out that the bulbs are a PH16W and they are supposed to be my DRL's. My local GM dealer was argueing with me telling me the outlook only came with 2 bulbs in the headlight assembly... the HID bulb and the small amber marker light, and that he didnt even have a listing for this bulb so he couldnt get them, but the Chevy dealer said it is the same bulb as the 2010 Camero SS rear tail light bulbs. So far not impressed with the outlook. Time will tell
