I never thought that I would have to ask a question on something that should be this easy, but I can't figure out how to change the rear wiper blade, on a 2009 Outlook. Does it just snap off?
Also, where can I find a replacement?

If im not mistaken the Acadia and Outlook have the same wiper blade/arm design.

But this may give you some clues-- I did a HOW TO change the blade on the Traverse.
It may give you a clue (though I think the blade size is a little different).

I just replaced the rear blades on my Wife's 08 Outlook. I bought refills that you can cut to size. The pack I bought was from Advance Auto Parts and only cost $6 and I will be able to get about 3 replacements out of it. The rear arm just pops right off.

No one shows a direct replacement. I just ended up buying a whole new wiper arm/blade assembly from the dealer for $12

Probably too late for you now, but I got a blade for $12 off ebay (Acadia search). Installation is deceptively simple, but hindered by the arm's restricted swing out from the window. The blade just snaps off & on, VERY tightly, like the axle into the clip of an old plastic toy car. Helps to spray w/ wd40.
