How to Access Speakers for Replacement without damaging surroundings?

Specifically the center dash speaker under the grill and the two in the third row of an '08 XE.

Wow how did you get the high end radio with an xe?? I always thought the high end radio with all the speakers only came in an xr. I have an xe and only have 4 door speakers.
