Okay perhaps I should refrain from being so ecstatic.

THE OUTLOOK WILL BE READY FOR PICKUP BY NOON!!!! It has been TWO WEEKS this time!

Well at least that is the call I received from Steve just now. I did ask him this one important question…"Are you sure?" He said well they did drive it several times and several miles, although not 2000 miles. I laughed yet I don't think he thought my comment was funny. Oh well! He did say they have had to do the several of the SAME REPAIR recently and this is the FIRST ONE that came back. Guess that means I am special. Don't tell anybody this but I really don't want to be considered "special" at least not in that way.

Keep your fingers and toes crossed and find me a cliff just in case. (joking)

Enjoy the day for mine as usual is always an adventure.

Cheers no tears.

Thanks that is on my list of questions for Steve.

Along with the "seat belts" cutting into the side panels. I did notice that and plan on having him order replacements. After all the Outlook is still under the "Bumper to Bumper Warranty".

I am back and the Outlook is sitting in the driveway....CLEAN OUTLOOK that is I stopped off and had it cleaned and washed!

Of course I then stopped by my "trusty mechanic Ted" so he could take a peak at the last two repair orders. He just shook his head and was totally surprised at the "LH cam actuator and LH cylinder head replacement on THIS repair. He asked if we were going to keep it or...get rid of it. I told him it depends on husband....after all hubby did say that it is almost like having a new engine. Ted said well almost you would need just a FEW more pieces and it would then be new. I did a huge chuckle with a few "words" tossed in.

I will do a "write up" on all the pieces in a while after all it is a LONG LONG list of parts.

PS: I also took a photo of the outside of my clean Outlook with the almost completely new engine.

Looks great :thumb: I hope it runs great too :-\ I remember having an 07 OUTLOOK with those nice wheels, I really like them. I've been looking for a new take off set in either 19" or 20" but no luck.
