Just picked up my 09 Outlook Friday. XE Black/Black. Got a great deal. Walked away with it for $28.5 with the Red Tag price of $33.2. It has 46 miles on it and I am already thinking about tearing it apart and changing some things. So far so GOOD!!!

Add: (IF POSSIBLE)

Fog Lights
Remote Start (Software? or Hardware?)
Factory Nav/DVD
Headreat DVDs

BTW Kev, Nice install with all the pics!!!

Does anyone know if the power lift gate a software upgrade or hardware?

Spoke too soon.

Satellite radio only gets some channels. Called XM they reactivated me and still didnt work.
Bluetooth doesnt hold pairing. Worked yesterday but not today. Tried re-pairing and phone was quiet but radio was still on. Going back to dealer in the A.M.

Also, Liftgate is too techincal to do myself. Oh well 1 thing off my list!!

Ok, Radio fixed itself. Weird.
Power tailgate is to complex.
Was told remote start can't be done unless it was done at the factory?? Anyone know if this is true? If so I will just drop in an aftermarket. Would have been easy if I could have done factory.

225 miles and heading up to NY tomorrow.
