I really like the Outlook a lot.
The nearest saturn dealer to me is 2 hours +.
The nearest GMC dealer is 15 minutes away.
When thinking about service and parts, I find it very difficult to contemplat buying a Saturn over a GMC.

I have been told that only Saturn dealers, not GMC delaers, can access their parts system, diagnose problems and order needed parts.
I have been told this by both dealers. Otherwise I would buy the Outlook and have it serviced at the GMC dealer.

It makes me wish there were more Saturn dealers around. Anyone else run into a similar problem?

This doesn't seem correct. Any GM dealer has been able to service either of our current GM vehicles in the past...

I agree. It seems odd. Apparently Saturn is the only division of GM where this applies. For all the other brands it isn't an issue but with Saturn it is. I would love to see things differently but for some reason they are not.

It's especially odd since the Acadia and Outlook are nearly identical that you couldn't get your outlook serviced at a GMC dealer...
