I am looking into trying to talk to Saturn about trading in my loaded 08 Outlook XR for a new 09 XR without a sunroof. I bought th 08 used last month. It had 25,400 miles on it. It now has 26,900 miles on it. Anyone ever tried this? I bought the vehicle at a local used car lot but have been bringing it into a Saturn dealer for all the water leaking issues http://www.saturnoutlookforum.net/index.php?topic=711.0. Do I have to file for Lemon Law in Minnesota before I can pursue this?

I know this is a bit vague but any help would be appreciated.
