Don't worry. GM leather isn't very good & will look worn in just 6 short months. Ford leather is even worst. I have not experienced any driver's seat travel issues. Gas mileage is not so good. Maybe 14 city & 19 hwy. The upshifting - downshifting issue is not that bad. You can live with it. Gk.
