Hey everyone. I just bought a new to me 2007 Outlook XR AWD. It came off of a used car lot, not a certified GM lot. It didn't have any key fobs with it. So, I started searching online for some. Thats when I found this site and found out that my xr might have the capability of remote start. I checked the glove box and it has the AP8 code and the manual raise tailgate.
So, does that mean that mine can be programmed for remote start? If yes, then where do I need to take it to have it programmed since there aren't any saturn dealerships anymore?

Thats right.
Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac.

The GMC ACADIA and Buick Enclave are practically identical underneath.
The latter Traverse. though this one came along in 2009.

The Caddy dealer should be able to do work. Though they dont have a 'sister' vehicle to the Lambdas (yet).

The others can work on your vehicle easily.

The older versions were able to program new FOBS through the Drivers Information Center without visiting a dealer. My wife's broke so she was nice enough to take it to the dealer herself to get a new one, but then mine didn't work. All FOBs will need to be programmed at the same time. IIRC it was like $85 for a new FOB and a reprogram (they fixed it so mine works later at that cost). No remote start though.

If you want to visit the GM dealer, they could set you up with the right ones by plugging your VIN into their system.
