Any reason you choose the light interior versus the black leather? My wife really wants black paint with black leather, however as you know black paint is not an option (I heard it will be for 2008 but we're going to buy within the next 2 weeks). So she is on the charcol with black leather. However, your red jewel photos above have possibly changed our minds in a hurry. That color just looks awesome with the black window tint (stock I hope) in those pictures. Can you say that the color looks close to that most of the time, or is it only in minimul light?

We live in the the Los Angeles area, in "the valley", where it can be very sunny for the entire year, and get pretty hot during the summer, so that was one reason we didn't go with the black leather, we thought the tan would be cooler (although the auto start feature does cool down the car VERY quickly). We also have two little ones and the tan interior stays much cleaner. I have and Audi with black leather interior and although I think it looks really cool when its clean, you do see every speck, crumb, and piece of dirt that's either on the seat or on on the floor of the car. We also thought the tan interior looked better with the "wood" trim.
I think this color looks great all the time. Its my wife's car and when I leave for work I'll see it in the driveway and always think "Wow, what a great looking car" Then she'll get it washed during the day and when I get home i think "Holy S**t! What an amazing looking car!!!" So to answer your question, I think the color looks great all the time, but for the few days after it's washed it looks especially great.
And yes, everything is stock right now, including the window tinting.
Whatever color you decide to go with you won't be sorry, this a great car to own.

Very true with the crumbs and little specks, but I have had light color interior in the past and prefer the dark. The reason being is that although you don't see the little crumbs and specks, you will get nasty stains from spills and such. So in my opinion, the quick vaccuming of the interior vs the ugly stain always wins. But as everbody knows, it is all what you want in a vehicle so either way nice choice.

Just get all weather mats for the floor and stains and keep the tan interior. One thing I prefer over the Acadia is the tan leather option - like it's warmth so much better than titanium!!!
We still love the tan interior. Had the car almost 8 months and things are still looking good!
You do have to be a little more diligent if there is any sort of stain on the floor, but you don't see as many crumbs on the floor.

how often do you have to wash it to keep it looking this good?? I would like to know because im ordering one but cant decide on the red or the gold mist . I think the gold mist would be easier to keep clean your thoughts would be greatly appreciated . Thanks!!

I have a Midnight Blue Outllook XR and its hard to keep looking good-water drops, dust, fingerprints, so I would say go with a lighter color.

Sexy color. I know I like to keep my cars, scooters clean so washing it to bring back the shine is ok by me. Because **** does this red pop on a nice night. I haven't had my Outlook that long but I have had my vw for some time. I like to wash my cars then dry em with a little RainX in the cloth. I live in Oregon and keeping water off your car is kinda hard. But letting it roll off is nice.
