i've been taking out seats of my 2009 Saturn outlook for means of traveling the lower states exploring hiking and camping so that's why I need to take my front passenger seat out to make more room but my question is my front passenger seat has a passenger sensor as well as an airbag in the seat if I simply unhook the two connectors, will there be an issue or will I be looking at problems?

I'm just looking for advice on what I would need to do to simply unhook and remove the passenger seat

Update: I simply just unplugged the whole seat removed it, but as soon as I start the car now, it just says airbags need service
