The service manual says to remove the front bumper to access the headlight bulbs.An easier way is to remove the four phillips head screws that hold the front of the plastic wheel well liners to the fender and then pulling the liners down and reaching in to remove the bulbs.If your working on the drivers side,turn the wheels to the right for more room.If working on the passenger side,turn the wheels to the left.Hope this helps. :thumb:
Replacing headlight bulbs
I'd like to put Silverstars in my 2008 XR. I can't find any "how to do it" information. It looked like removing the 2 bolts on the top of the housing would let me get to the back of the assembly but no such luck.
Does anybody out there know how I should proceed with my project?
