According to the GM Canada website it appears that roof rails are now standard on all Outlooks.
Can someone confirm that?

Not in the US (still part of the XE Preferred Package option), but in Canada it does now list them as standard and there's no option package that contains them anymore.

Aside from this link, which very well could be just an un-updated sheet (since Build options, etc. list the rails as standard):

[Outlook2007]

Our 2007 Outlook XE does not have roof rails. Probably one of the few out there with out them. I like the clean look. But hey I got it for 0% 60months so I was willing to take what I could get.
