Seatbelt Chime

I know on my two other vehicles that there is a way to disable the seatbelt chime. In both of them it was a series of clicking and unclicking the seatbelt in a certain sequence. In both of the vehicles the manual told you how to do this. In the manual for the outlook, there is no mention of this. Does anyone know how to disarm the seatbelt chime or is it not possible on the 2008 models. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have noticed that on highway driving the chime stops going off, but when in stop and go traffic the chime does go off. If I exit the highway and stop, the chime goes off. The light for both driver and passenger also goes off when on the highway.

Was told that you can't disable it and the ability to do so was taken away by the govt.
