Shaking/vibration while shifting

I have a 2007 AWD Saturn Outlook. I am experiencing a shaking/vibration when my car goes through the shift cycle. I've taken it to a couple mechanics but on each test drive the symptom did not occur. I had the transmission rebuilt about a year or so ago. That transmission repair shop strongly believed the repairs mentioned below would fix the problem. It didn't.
Repairs done last week:
Replaced left and right lower control arms. Set toe adjustment and preload suspension. Wheel alignment, tires rotated/balanced, inspect and replace brake fluid.
