Hi, I'm new to this forum. I found it when I searched for a solution to the problem I'm experiencing with a squeaky brake pedal.

I have another squeak in the 2008 Outlook I purchased in December. I can't be sure where it's coming from but I think it's in the frame and I hear it when I go over bumps. It just started suddenly. Could anyone venture a guess as to what the problem might be? I have a service appt next Monday but I'd like to have an idea before then.

HI--I am new to this as well. I am searching for answers about a noise I hear when turning and braking at low speeds. I have also heard a sound that seems to me to be the frame. But this sound is more like a cracking or creaking. Like old floor boards make. It happens when I got over a bump or brake hard. It is annoying and for me detracts from what otherwise seems like a solid car. Could you let me know if you learned anything about this sound?

I have a squeak in the front passenger side. Sounds like a bad spring when I go over a bump or a dip. Just the passenger side. Recently got the vehicle (07 pre-owned) and taking it in for service to diagnose. Was curious how many others have the same squeak. It kind of feels like it "bottoms out."
