Congratulations on your Outlook XR. Truly sorry to hear of the concerns with your moonroof. Have you considered taking the vehicle into your local GM dealership to have this inspected? I've been told that they charge $400 minimum to check it as they would remove the headliner. I'm handy and am hoping someone can give me a clue as I don't want to spend that kind of money. I suspect that someone tried to close the shade manually while on a test drive, not realizing it was powered. The owners manual warns against that. I'm guessing that I'm nit the first person this has happened to. Can anyone point me in a non-dealership direction?
