Someday I will answer questions instead of just asking them. But for now...

Does anyone know how to turn off the "beep" from the horn when you are locking or unlocking your doors using the remote control key fob? I don't mind the flashing lights, but the beep is a bit much.

Any ideas?

XE or XR? If you have an XR you can change it in the DIC (your owners manual has the info). If you have and XE I don't think you can. On mine, hitting the lock once locks all the doors but does not honk, hitting it 2 times in a row causes it to honk on the second push.
