As the title says. I have a 2007 AWD with about 65k on it. I am sure nothing has been done to it prior to me buying it. So, could someone tell me what I should do along with the approximate quanities, brands, and recomended viscosities? I've been looking around for this information but I haven't found it yet.

On page 485 of the 2007 Saturn Outlook Owner’s Manual you will find the Maintenance Schedules for your vehicle.

I understand that when you purchased the vehicle that the owner’s manual might not have been in the vehicle. If this is the case please, let me know and I can give you the information of how to obtain an owner’s manual so you have one in your possession.

Yes, it does. Have you checked out the PDF linked here? It's nice to have a book in your hand, but the PDF is hyperlinked and pretty handy. You can download it to your PC so you never loose it.
