I need to replace the drivers door and thought I would upgrade if possible.

I doubt it, the window shapes are different. The Acadia and the Outlook share doors, you might see if they have a different seal P/N.

I was hoping to use those triple seal door seals from the Enclave. I am hearing you say that the Buick doors are different. good to know, thanks

Well, at least they look different to me. The Outlook has a curve to the upper rear corner of the window, the Buick is a sharp corner. There may be other differences too. Drive to a Buick dealer and see if they'll let you take a look.
