The linkage in my 07 Outlook seized so i purchased a new one. I've got the motor attached to the linkage but now i can't sync the wipers so they work properly. does anyone have a diagram that shows the proper position of the linkage arms in the park position?

Having issues with windshield wipers on Saturn Vue 2008. They are on their own program and acting weird. They will stop in the middle of swipe or won't turn off at all. Won't go at the speed I have chosen on the switch. Is it the motor or relay??? Please help.
